The time shown on your booking is the meeting time with our team at the dock.

The booking must be submitted as a single group reservation by the group leader, including personal details, certifications, insurance and valid medical certificates for all participants.
This documentation can be sent through the booking platform or by e-mail to info@cicapcreus.com.
When placing your booking, please select any optional extras needed (rental gear, temporary insurance or guide service).
If paying by bank transfer, please e-mail the payment receipt to info@cicapcreus.com to confirm your reservation.
If you wish, you can drop your gear at the dive centre the day before the trip. Our team will transfer it to the dock on the day of the activity.
Once the pack is selected, contact us to schedule the group’s dives and coordinate the calendar according to availability.
We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy before booking, as refunds may not be possible in all cases if a participant does not show up.
